    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to adult personal
    3         use of marijuana; providing legislative intent;
    4         providing a contingent effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
    9  to the adult personal use of marijuana.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect 30 days after passage
   11  of an amendment to the State Constitution authorizing adult
   12  personal use of marijuana.
