    1                    Senate Concurrent Resolution                   
    2         A concurrent resolution extending the 2022 Regular
    3         Session of the Florida Legislature under the authority
    4         of Section 3(d), Article III of the State
    5         Constitution.

    7         WHEREAS, the 60 days of the 2022 Regular Session of the
    8  Florida Legislature will expire on Friday, March 11, 2022, and
    9  the necessary tasks of the session have not been completed, NOW,
   10  THEREFORE,

   12  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the House
   13  of Representatives Concurring:
   14  
   15         That, the 2022 Regular Session of the Florida Legislature
   16  is extended until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022, under
   17  the authority of Section 3(d), Article III of the State
   18  Constitution.
   19         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, in the regular session so
   20  extended, the Legislature shall consider only the following
   21  matters:
   22         (1) House Bill 5001 or any Senate and House Conference
   23  Committee Report thereon.
   24         (2) House Bill 5003 or any Senate and House Conference
   25  Committee Report thereon.
   26         (3) House Bill 5005 or any Senate and House Conference
   27  Committee Report thereon.
   28         (4) House Bill 5007 or any Senate and House Conference
   29  Committee Report thereon.
   30         (5) House Bill 5009 or any Senate and House Conference
   31  Committee Report thereon.
   32         (6) House Bill 5011 or any Senate and House Conference
   33  Committee Report thereon.
   34         (7) House Bill 5301 or any Senate and House Conference
   35  Committee Report thereon.
   36         (8) Committee Substitute for House Bill 7027 or any Senate
   37  and House Conference Committee Report thereon.

   58         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other measures in both
   59  houses are indefinitely postponed and withdrawn from
   60  consideration of the respective house as of 12:00 a.m.,
   61  Saturday, March 12, 2022.
   62         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon recess or adjournment on
   63  Friday, March 11, 2022, either house may reconvene upon the call
   64  of its presiding officer.
   65         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Legislature shall adjourn
   66  sine die at the earlier of Monday, March 14, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
   67  or upon concurrent motions to adjourn sine die.
