    1                        A bill to be entitled                       
    2         An act relating to state road and bridge designations; 
    3         designating Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge and 
    4         Jose Regueiro Avenue in Miami-Dade County; directing 
    5         the Department of Transportation to erect suitable 
    6         markers; providing an effective date. 
    7   
    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 
    9   
   10         Section 1. Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge designated; 
   11  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 
   12         (1) The ramp, Department of Transportation project 87075 
   13  3402 (1982), that connects northbound Florida Turnpike to 
   14  northbound Interstate Highway 75 in Miami-Dade County is 
   15  designated as “Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge.” 
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 
   17  suitable markers designating Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge 
   18  as described in subsection (1). 
   19         Section 2. Jose Regueiro Avenue designated; Department of 
   20  Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 
   21         (1) That portion of W. 20th Avenue in the City of Hialeah 
   22  between W. 44th Street and Okeechobee Road in Miami-Dade County 
   23  is designated as “Jose Regueiro Avenue.” 
   24         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 
   25  suitable markers designating Jose Regueiro Avenue as described 
   26  in subsection (1). 
   27         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
