    2         An act relating to real property; repealing s.
    3         163.035, F.S., relating to a governmental entity’s
    4         establishment of recreational customary use on a
    5         portion of a beach above the mean high-water line on
    6         private property; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 163.035, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.
