2         An act relating to specialty license plates; 
3         expressing the legislative intent to revise laws 
4         relating to specialty license plates; providing an

7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating 
10  to specialty license plates. 
11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
