2         An act relating to the Wekiva River Protection Act; 
3         expressing the legislative intent to revise laws 
4         relating to the Wekiva River Protection Act; providing 
5         an effective date.

7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 
8 
9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating 
10  to the Wekiva River Protection Act. 
11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
