    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road and bridge designations;
    3         designating the Duval County Law Enforcement Memorial
    4         Overpass in Duval County; directing the Department of
    5         Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Duval County Law Enforcement Memorial Overpass
   11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   12  markers.—
   13         (1) The Interstate 295/State Road 9A overpass (Bridge Nos.
   14  720256 and 720347) over Interstate 10/State Road 8 in Duval
   15  County is designated the “Duval County Law Enforcement Memorial
   16  Overpass.”
   17         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   18  suitable markers designating the Duval County Law Enforcement
   19  Memorial Overpass as described in subsection (1).
   20         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
