    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act;
    3         providing a short title; repealing s. 1006.205, F.S.,
    4         relating to the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act;
    5         providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. This act may be cited as the “Let Kids Play
   10  Act.”
   11         Section 2. Section 1006.205, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
