1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to levying war against people of the
3	state; repealing s. 876.35, F.S., relating to a
4	prohibition on combinations against part of the people
5	of the state for certain purposes; providing an
6	effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1.  Section 876.35, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
11	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
