A bill to be entitled
2An act relating to road designations; designating
3Doolittle Raiders Highway in Okaloosa and Walton Counties;
4designating The Beach Highway in Walton County;
5designating K. Earl Durden Highway in Bay County;
6directing the Department of Transportation to erect
7suitable markers; providing an effective date.

9Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. Doolittle Raiders Highway designated;
12Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
13 (1) That portion of State Road 285 between College
14Boulevard in Okaloosa County and U.S. Highway 90 in Walton
15County is designated as "Doolittle Raiders Highway."
16 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
17suitable markers designating Doolittle Raiders Highway as
18described in subsection (1).
19 Section 2. The Beach Highway designated; Department of
20Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
21 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 331 between the Alabama
22state line and U.S. Highway 98 in Walton County, including those
23portions within incorporated areas of Walton County, is
24designated as "The Beach Highway."
25 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
26suitable markers designating The Beach Highway as described in
27subsection (1).
28 Section 3. K. Earl Durden Highway designated; Department
29of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
30 (1) That portion of State Road 79 between U.S. Highway 98
31and B.V. Buchanan Bridge in West Bay in Bay County is designated
32as "K. Earl Durden Highway."
33 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
34suitable markers designating K. Earl Durden Highway as described
35in subsection (1).
36 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
