Summary

Authorizing the use of an electronic device to provide proof of insurance; increasing financial responsibility limits with respect to bodily injury or death; revising the required threshold limit for self-insurers; repealing provisions relating to the effect of law on personal injury protection policies; requiring all claims relating to personal injury to be brought in a single action; repealing provisions relating to personal injury protection benefits; requiring the insurer to notify the insured about such changes by a certain date, etc.
