Summary

Specifying that a retiree who is elected or appointed for the first time to an elective office may not be enrolled as a renewed member; specifying that a retiree who is reemployed in a regularly established position as an elected official may not renew membership in the Senior Management Service Class or annuity program; providing exceptions from the prohibition against paying benefits for certain purposes under the Senior Management Service Optional Annuity Program; specifying that a retiree who is reemployed in a regularly established position after a certain date may not be enrolled as a renewed member, etc.
