Summary

Amends a provision which provides an exemption from public records requirements for certain records relating to current and former employees of the Department of Juvenile Justice and their family members, including juvenile probation officers and supervisors, detention and assistant detention superintendents, senior juvenile detention officers, juvenile detention officers and supervisors, house parents and supervisors, group treatment leaders and supervisors, rehabilitation therapists, and social service counselors, etc.
