Amending a provision which provides an exemption from public records requirements for all identifying information of a donor or prospective donor to the direct-support organization of the Department of Veterans' Affairs, and an exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of meetings of the direct-support organization at which identifying information of a donor or prospective donor is discussed; saving the exemptions from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemptions, etc.
