Summary

Repeals specified provision relating to an exemption from public records and public meetings requirements for information held by the State Child Abuse Death Review Committee or a local panel or committee which reveals the identity of household members of a deceased child, and for portions of meetings at which such confidential and exempt information is discussed. Saves the exemption from repeal under the OGSR Act, etc.
