Revising a requirement that the Agency for Persons with Disabilities provide specified information to certain persons to conform to changes made by the act; revising the requirements for petitions to appoint guardian advocates for persons with developmental disabilities to conform to changes made by the act; authorizing adults with disabilities to enter into supported decisionmaking agreements under certain circumstances; providing that such agreements do not preclude a decisionmaker from acting independently, etc.
