Summary

Provides that the disclosure of a confidential property tax return without the written consent of the taxpayer may be grounds for removal from office. Requires the Department of Revenue to create a process by rule for the random selection of special magistrates by a value adjustment board. Authorizes the trier of fact in an administrative or judicial proceeding challenging the assessment of nonhomestead property from considering the financial records of a taxpayer which the taxpayer failed to disclose as previously required, etc.
