Summary
Provides for the creation of the Technology Seed Capital Fund by the Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research. Provides for the creation of a fund management committee by the board of directors of the institute. Specifies responsibilities of the institute and the fund management committee with respect to the fund. Requires that proposed investments be matched by the private sector before the fund invests. Requires that the company be domiciled in the state and operate in one of the targeted industry clusters, etc. APPROPRIATION:
