Specifying the qualifying period for a person seeking to qualify for election to the board of supervisors of a community development district; providing for the election of the board of supervisors of a community development district to be conducted by mail or regular ballot on a date that is acceptable to the board and the supervisor of elections; providing for the special election of the board of supervisors after the board proposes to exercise ad valorem taxing powers to occur by mail on a date acceptable to the board and the supervisor of elections or by regular ballot on a date that is acceptable to the board and the supervisor of elections, other than the date of a primary or general election, etc.
