Summary

Requiring a parent whose actions have caused harm to a child who is adjudicated to be dependent to submit to a substance abuse disorder assessment or evaluation and to participate in and comply with treatment and services; requiring the Department of Health to establish a hormonal long-acting reversible contraception (HLARC) program; requiring the Department of Children and Families to develop or adopt one or more initial screening assessment instruments to identify and determine the needs of, and plan services for, substance exposed newborns and their families, etc.
