Summary

Providing an exemption for a charitable organization or educational institution if conducting a raffle that splits evenly the proceeds between the charitable organization or institution and the winner or if awarding a nonmonetary prize to the winner, with all proceeds accruing to the educational institution or charitable organization; providing that a charitable organization or an educational institution that conducts a specified raffle does not constitute a solicitation, etc.
