Summary

Providing that a person who knowingly furnishes alcoholic beverages to a person who is visibly intoxicated is liable for injury or damage caused by or resulting from the furnishing of alcoholic beverages to such person; providing that a person who knowingly furnishes alcoholic beverages to a minor is liable for injury or damage caused by or resulting from the furnishing of alcoholic beverages to the minor, etc.
