Summary

Provides duties for the Agency for Health Care Administration with regard to the statewide system for stroke response and treatment. Requires the agency to establish the Stroke Task Force. Requires primary and comprehensive stroke centers and certain medical facilities to report certain data regarding stroke patients to a private, tier-one research university in this state. Requires that the private, tier-one research university store and maintain the reported data and compiled information and statistics in a registry, etc.
