Expanding provisions to apply to all emergency allergy reactions, rather than to insect bites only; authorizing certain health care practitioners to prescribe epinephrine auto-injectors to an authorized entity; authorizing such entities to maintain a supply of epinephrine auto-injectors; authorizing certified individuals to use epinephrine auto-injectors; authorizing uncertified individuals to use epinephrine auto-injectors under certain circumstances; providing immunity from liability, etc.
