Summary

Removing the requirement that an applicant for private investigative, private security, and repossession services provide a written statement by a fingerprint technician or licensed physician under certain conditions; requiring a health studio to maintain a bond in favor of the department, rather than the state; prohibiting a telephone solicitor or a person from initiating an outbound telephone call to a consumer, a donor, or a potential donor under certain circumstances; prohibiting a commercial telephone seller or salesperson from accepting a novelty payment, etc.
