Requiring every insurer to designate at least one primary anti-fraud employee for certain purposes; creating a grant program to fund the Insurance Fraud Dedicated Prosecutor Program within the department; providing additional prohibited acts related to viatical settlement contracts; requiring life insurers to provide a specified statement to individual life insurance policyholders, etc.
