Summary

Expanding the purposes for which revenues from the school capital outlay surtax may be used; making the use of surtax revenues for specified additional purposes contingent upon certain school board actions relating to the reduction of certain property taxes during the time the surtax is in effect; requiring approval of the electors in order to use surtax revenues for the additional purposes authorized by the act, etc.
