Summary

Revising the definition of the term "best management practice"; requiring, rather than authorizing, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to develop and adopt rules for interim measures, best management practices, or other measures to achieve certain levels of pollution reduction statewide; requiring the department to develop and adopt rules for guidelines for providing financial assistance to parties implementing such measures and practices; providing that such financial assistance is exempt from certain provisions, etc.
