Summary

Revising the criteria upon which the performance of instructional personnel and school administrators is evaluated; revising provisions relating to the measurement of student learning growth for purposes of the performance evaluation of classroom and nonclassroom teachers; requiring the State Board of Education to establish a fair method to ascertain student learning growth used to evaluate teachers of exceptional students and students who are not tested by statewide assessments or end-of-course assessments, etc.
