Specifying that certain information held by a law enforcement agency which is obtained by the Fraud, Identity Theft, Skimmer Advisory Task Force and which is exempt or confidential and exempt from public records requirements retains its protected status; providing an exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of advisory task force meetings at which such exempt or confidential and exempt information is discussed; providing for future legislative review and repeal; providing statements of public necessity, etc.
