Summary

Revises the General Employees' Pension Plan for the City of Tampa. Provides that all employee contributions to the pension fund after a certain date are mandatory and that the city shall pay such contributions to the fund on behalf of the employee. Allows DROP members the opportunity to elect an investment option, as determined by the board of trustees, to be applied to the participant's account for the plan year entering the DROP program and for each subsequent plan year, etc.
