Summary

Authorizes the Department of Corrections to adopt rules to install and operate an inmate video visitation system in the correctional facilities in this state. Encourages the department to use communication technology equipment to operate an inmate video visitation system to increase the frequency and quality of the visits between an inmate and the inmate's family.
