Summary

Defines the term "certified business" for purposes of a tax exemption provided to certain businesses located within a super enterprise zone. Provides a tax exemption for certain property purchased for use or consumption by businesses in a super enterprise zone and for retail sales made by certified businesses in a super enterprise zone. Requires the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to designate specified areas in Miami-Dade, Lee, and Collier Counties as pilot project super enterprise zones for a certain period, etc.
