Summary

Deletes provisions authorizing use of metering machines to affix cigarette tax stamp insignias & pay cigarette taxes; conforms provisions that provide for regulation, enforcement, seizure & forfeiture, rulemaking, & penalties relating to use of metering machines; specifies that retail dealers are solely responsible for affixing identification stickers to each cigarette vending machine they own, lease, furnish, or operate.
