Revises definitions; revises requirements for physicians ordering low-THC cannabis; provides that physician who orders low-THC cannabis & receives related compensation from dispensing organization may be subject to disciplinary action; revises requirements relating to physician education; requires DOH to include specified information in online compassionate use registry; revises requirements for dispensing organizations; specifies duties & responsibilities of DOH; authorizes approved laboratory & its employees to possess, test, transport, & lawfully dispose of low-THC cannabis or paraphernalia in certain circumstances; exempts approved dispensing organization & related persons from Florida Drug & Cosmetic Act.
