Authorizes dental hygienists to administer certain local anesthesia under direct supervision of licensed dentist if certain educational requirements are met; requires dental hygienists to maintain current certification in basic or advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation or advanced cardiac life support with recertification every 2 years; revises scope & area of practice for dental hygienists & delegated duties that are found to be remediable & delegable, to conform to changes made by this act.
