Deletes exception to confidentiality of specified tax returns relating to order of administrative body with quasi-judicial powers in ad valorem tax matters; specifies that certain disclosures of specified tax returns without consent of taxpayer constitute misfeasance or malfeasance and may result in removal from office; revises provisions relating to effect of failure of property appraiser or petitioner to timely comply with requests for evidentiary information in tax assessment proceedings, etc.
