Requires Medicaid managed care plans to submit annual report to AHCA relating to parity between mental health & substance use disorder benefits & medical & surgical benefits; provides requirements for certain entities transacting individual or group health insurance or providing prepaid health care; removes provisions relating to optional coverage for mental & nervous disorders; requires OIR to implement & enforce certain federal law in specified manner; requires office to issue specified annual report to Legislature; removes provision relating to optional coverage required for substance abuse impaired persons.
