Summary

Creates procedures & requirements for parents, guardians, or guardian advocates of dependent adult children to petition for support; prohibits child support order from terminating on child's 18th birthday; revises provisions relating to modification of child support orders & time-sharing; authorizes either parent to consent to mental health treatment of child; authorizes court to order father to pay fees, costs, & expenses to specified persons; prohibits child support guidelines from applying to certain cases.
