Summary

Prohibits knowing & willful failure of licensee to provide certain information relating to check cashing transaction; authorizes OFR to summarily suspend license if criminal charges are filed against certain persons or such persons are arrested for certain offenses; provides that deferred presentment transaction conducted by unauthorized person is void.
