Applies restrictions formerly applicable to open house parties to all open parties, not solely those parties occurring in residence; prohibits person from allowing open party to take place on premises under his or her control if person knows that alcoholic beverage or drug is in possession of or being consumed by minor on premises; prohibits person from providing alcoholic beverage or drug to minor at open party.
