Summary

Revises definition of term "missing endangered person" to include missing adult who meets criteria for activation of Silver Alert Plan; provides immunity from civil liability for certain persons providing Silver Alert information pertaining to missing adult in good faith; provides that only law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over case may request that clearinghouse activate state Silver Alert.
