Summary

Requires health insurers, corporations, & health maintenance organizations issuing certain health policies to provide coverage for telemedicine services; provides definitions; prohibits exclusion of telemedicine cost coverage solely because services were not provided face to face; specifies conditions under which insurer, corporation, or health maintenance organization must reimburse telemedicine provider for certain fees & costs; authorizes provisions requiring a deductible, copayment, or coinsurance requirement for telemedicine services, etc.
