Summary
Authorizes DBPR to require certain licensees & applicants to be governed by provisions providing for programs for impaired practitioners under jurisdiction of DMQA within DOH; authorizes DBPR to exercise any powers granted to DOH with respect to such programs; redefines term "health care practitioner" as it relates to regulation of health care professions to include those persons certified or licensed to provide medical transportation services or radiological services, etc.
