Summary

Deletes language pertaining to discretion of law enforcement agency as to whether to apply to FDLE for administrative expunction of any nonjudicial record of any arrest of minor or adult who is subsequently determined to have been arrested contrary to law or by mistake; provides for application for such expunction by arrestee, or parent or legal guardian of minor child arrestee, in absence of such determination by law enforcement agency without endorsement of request by agency, etc.
