On Page: 231             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for West Miami Potable Water System (Senate 
Spec App: 1662A          Form 1855). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         Coral Gables Stormwater System Improvements(Senate 
                         Form 1445).
