On Page: 081             Reduces $75,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Alzheimer's Community Care 
Spec App:  413           Association and provides $75,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds to the Ruth & Norman Rales 
                         Jewish Family Services for Holocaust Survivors 
                         Assistance.
