       Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal and Civil Justice
       (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 118 - 141
    4  and insert:
    5         (7) ADMINISTRATIVE FEES.—The corporation not for profit
    6  must receive administrative fees, including salaries and
    7  benefits, of up to 10 percent of appropriated funds.
    8         (8) RULEMAKING AUTHORITY.-The department shall adopt rules
    9  pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement this section.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 17 - 24
   14  and insert:
   15         reimbursement is sought; providing for administrative
   16         fees; authorizing the department to adopt rules;
   17         providing an appropriation; providing an effective
   18         date.
