       The Committee on Agriculture (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 309
    4  and insert:
    5  must take into account actual metered data as available.
    6  Projected future water demands must incorporate appropriate
    7  potential water conservation factors based upon data collected
    8  as part of the department’s agricultural water conservation
    9  program pursuant to subsection (1).
