       The Committee on Agriculture (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 49
    4  and insert:
    5  shall adopt rules to administer this subsection. All self
    6  service gasoline stations must comply with this paragraph by
    7  July 1, 2015.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 10
   12  and insert:
   13         adoption of rules; establishing a deadline for
   14         compliance; providing an effective date.
